feeling the most beautiful in their new lingerie, feeling confident and most importantly included, they are constantly

elbows, try to do it every day and explain why you love that part of yourself write it down in a diary and the days you
are struggling to find something you can look back at the words you've already written and know that you have a wonderful
body that is incredible in so many ways and just because today is a bad day it doesn't diminish your stunning shine.
