I bought the size 14 and I'm a bra size 34J.
I absolutely love it! It is surprisingly supportive. It holds me up and in very well. I also feel nicely ~encased~ regardless of the smaller cups. Like, even laying on my side isn't making me pop out of the bralette. I figured it would only be good to wear under sweaters or hanging out at home but I feel comfortable enough to wear it with anything.
