These terms and conditions apply to the use of our website and by using, browsing, registering or placing an order with us you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. We will try to keep everything as clear and easy to understand as possible.

 

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, English law. The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which has arisen or may arise out of, or in connection with, this Agreement.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of the Site (collectively, the "Contents") are property owned, controlled, licensed or used with permission by Playful Promises

Password and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

To shop with us, you need to:

• be at least 16 years old; 
• have a credit or debit card that we accept; and
• be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

 Some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for under 18s.

Remember to check your cart and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before confirming your order, as we may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please do email customerservices@playfulpromises.com and our team will do their best to help you, but please note order cancellations or changes to orders may not be possible. In this circumstance, if you are returning the product(s) to us for any reason other than the products being faulty, you are responsible for returning the products to us and pay the cost of doing so.

 Playful Promises reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders placed on the Playful Promises website. We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons:

• The product is not available / in stock
• Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
• Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
• We could not deliver to the address provided by yourself
• Force Majeure
• In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information

 Methods of Payment

 We have a variety of payment methods for you to choose from. Please see our Privacy Page for information about how we manage your payment data. Payment methods are:

• Debit or credit card
• Paypal
• Klarna
• Gift card

 All purchases are subject to the usual validation checks and authorisation procedures in place at your chosen payment provider. Any refusal by the payment provider to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Playful Promises  liable for any delay or non-delivery. Some banks may charge a small international transaction fee on orders, for more information, please contact your bank.

You can return products up to 28 days after your despatch date. Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition, with all labels and tags still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments.

Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by our warehouse team, we will then issue your refund. We will endeavour to complete your return within 1 week on working days (Monday-Friday). Please allow up to 7 days for your funds to arrive back into your account.

 Refunds may only be made to the same payment method used to place the order. If that method is no longer is use, please contact our customer service team.

 All promotions apply to full priced items only unless specified otherwise; and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

 The promotion excludes sale and e-gift cards

To redeem a promotion code online, enter code at the checkout and click Apply. Your discount will be applied if your basket meets the requirements. If the promotion does not require a promotion code then the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Playful Promises.

• Promotion codes cannot be used against orders for gift cards.
• Promotion codes are only valid for a limited time while stocks last and may be withdrawn without notice at any time.
• Only one promotion code can be used per order.
• Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, including 3 for 2 offers.

Playful Promises reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.

There is a lot going on here at Playful HQ and from time to time our busy team may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged (see below). Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the 'Total Cost'.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

The following terms apply to “Playful Perks” loyalty program

1. By creating an account either prior to, or at the point of purchase, you are automatically enrolled into the “Playful Perks” program free of charge. Should you create an order as a guest, you are not enrolled.
2. Members of the program will accumulate points when they make qualifying Playful Promises purchases. 5 points are earned for every $1 spent on full priced items. Any discounted or outlet items do not count towards points. Points will be added to your account within 28 days of placing the order.
3. Points can also be earned by performing various activities such as following Playful Promises on social media. These activities may vary from time to time.
4. Points can be exchanged for a voucher code to be used at any time on your future Playful Promises purchases. 500 points can be redeemed for a $5 voucher, 1000 points for $10, and so on.
5. Vouchers codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or voucher code.
6. The number of points earned from a qualifying purchase may vary from time to time at Playful Promises’ sole discretion.
7. Points expire after 1 year.
8. Members of the program will receive regular email updates of their point balance, and available rewards. The balance is also available to view online at https://us.playfulpromises.com/pages/playful-perks
9. Should you return items purchased using a voucher generated by redeeming points, our customer service team will create a new voucher code for you to use in the future.
10. These terms may be changed at anytime at the sole discretion of Playful Promises and members of the program will be deemed to have accepted the terms each time they redeem their points. As such you are encouraged to review these Terms from time to time.
11. You may request your account deleted at any time by contacting Customer Services.
