We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods and sales, dispatch may take up to 4–5 working days.

Playful Promises wants you to buy with confidence and wear with even more! We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund your purchase subject to our terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

How to return your order

To start your return, please visit our returns portal:

You will need to:

  • Enter your email address
  • Enter your order number
  • Enter your surname
  • Enter your postcode/ZIP code
  • Select the item(s) and quantity you wish to return

Once submitted, you will be guided through the next steps. Depending on your location, you will be provided with a returns label or a QR code for a label-less return via our return partner. Please note that return partners and options may vary by country.

When sending your parcel back, please keep hold of your receipt or proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

For international customers, please ensure you write “returned goods” on any customs documents.

 

Returns conditions

If you wish to return item(s), the following terms apply:

  • Return eligible items at your own cost
  • Return your items within 28 days of delivery
  • All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Hosiery and toys cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened
  • Be sure to try on briefs over your own lingerie - we cannot accept items that are worn or soiled
  • When purchasing products in our bra and free brief promotions, the brief must be included when returning the bra to receive a full refund
  • For faulty or incorrect items, please contact customer services before returning

We do not offer exchanges, and would recommend purchasing the sizes needed.

 

 Cancelling an order

 Should you change your mind regarding an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our orders automatically start being processed within 15 minutes of being placed, with an aim for same/next day dispatch, therefore we are sometimes unable to pull an order from the warehouse. Contact us as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to help!
