Nice beginner's tool
A pretty solid thing. Feather tickler at one side, paddle at the other. The latter isn't very hard or particularly painful, so it's perfect for beginners and those not too fond of pain who just want to spice things up a little. The feathers also don't fall off too much. A little, obviously but for the price it's really not bad.
