I'm between a 14-16 and didn't want it to be too loose so the stockings pull the girdle down (which happened with a different, too loose girdle), but a 14 wasn't available so I got a 16 - it was still firm enough to fit, didn't slim, really, which a 14 might have, but it stayed put where I wanted it to be, which was great.
Paired it with the champagne spiral stitch bullet bra, champagne sheer undies and it was just gorgeous.

Ideal fit
