I’m a 36FF/H and the 18 was too big, had to return for the size 16. Not super supportive but I think the bra could handle a calm night out, no dancing or bopping around lol.

The bra is lovely but the knickers obviously have some diamanté’s missing which makes the pattern look off. The back of the knickers is also see through but no picture showed that so I wasn’t expecting it. The matching girdle is prob the least flattering item I have ever put on my body and I will be returning it
