I love this top for its playfulness and versatility. I am a 38G and bought a US 16; I found this size to fit well and as expected, perhaps only a tiny bit large, but honestly incredibly on point. Like another reviewer mentioned, I would agree that there isn't much lifting support, but you may be able to make something work by sizing down. The sizing listed follows moreso along Dress Size, so sizing down might help it fit more like an undergarment. Other than this, I felt it was supportive enough for what it is, a retro style bra with no underwire.
The powermesh and non-stretch mesh used are both very comfortable and smoothing, and if I wear it on its own, I don't see a uniboob or other weird sagging/settling. The entire item has some forgiving stretch, but is not so loose that it feels frumpy. I bought this to wear as outerwear and it fits that purpose wonderfully; I usually wear it over a different bra (one to provide lift and support) and it plays well like this.
The bows are large and perky even after multiple washes, but be aware that even though most of the bow is sewn to the bra, they do kind of "spin" sometimes and they do unravel. It is possible to retie them easily and recenter them, but you may not get them as symmetrical as the first time. This has been okay with me so far, but it can be annoying to keep retying/having to tighten them repeatedly because the satin is so slick upon itself. Sewing them down more may help, but I haven't tried this solution.
