I’m so glad I finally managed to get my hands on this since missing the first release. It’s a beautiful piece and will still get plenty of wear, but it’s not exactly made to go underneath clothing. The tutu also has a tendency to get twisted and trapped under the waistband as I pull them on. Fabric is softer than it looks but has enough texture so that it holds the shape rather than just flop down.
The cut is not my favourite as I usually prefer high waisted but it’s still incredibly flattering on my belly and hips that I can look past this. I still rated 5 stars as it’s not sold as a functional piece, it’s sold as is and shouldn’t be punished for it.
