I don't usually go for thongs, but I couldn't JUST get the bra. I sized up to a L from my usual Medium, because I would rather have a thong that's too big than one that's too small-- and I'd say this runs true to size, because it was slightly too big on me, particularly at the waist. That said, it's not super noticeable, and it's actually a lot more comfortable than I was expecting.
