I am a US Size 10/33" waist but I think you can order 1-2 sizes down on the Tasha suspender, it's very stretchy elastic on this one. I exchanged for an 8 but it is still loose and 6 would be perfect I think. I really like this suspender otherwise, all the straps are really cool and upgrade your whole ensemble.
