The cape is just as pictured. Lovely quality and comes with a little tie to go round your neck. I think this could be worn with the matching Billie girdle but would also look good with shorts, jeans, etc. for a Western look. Good for photoshoots, fancy dress, Halloween costumes, etc. Love it!

I got this one and I love it! I recommend to take your measurements, I'm bra size 38 D, in inches 42, and got it in size 10; the front covers about half of my boob, so if you want for it to be cover more or less, that's something to considerThe fabric is so soft and the fringe does not tangle.
